Meet award winning NDIS Plan Manager and founder of My Plan Choice, Susan McDermott. Located in Lismore, Northern NSW, Susan has firsthand experience meeting personal challenges and is passionate about helping other people with disabilities. With many years of volunteering in the local community, Susan has complete empathy for those seeking support and direction.
With over 5 years’ experience working with the NDIS, Susan will work with you, she will help structure the Service Agreements and correspond with you and the NDIS. You will have a “sounding board” when decisions are hard to make.
Susan has a Post Graduate Certificate in Business (Philanthropy and Non-profit Studies) from Queensland University of Technology.

As your NDIS Plan manager, Susan will ensure that invoices are processed quickly and accurately, keeping your providers happy and allowing you more time to enjoy the benefits of your NDIS plan.
