Once you have completed the Join Now form, we will send a request to your "my NDIS contact". Your "my NDIS contact" will contact you (or or your authorised representative) and discuss the request with the you. They will ask if you would like to accept, adjust or reject the request. If the you do not accept or reject the request within 28 days, the request will be cancelled.
Tell your providers to send their invoices to invoice@myplanchoice.com.au
When your provider’s invoice has been received and entered into our invoice system, it will then be visible on the mobile phone app, ready for you to approve. Once approved we then claim the funds from the NDIS and pay your provider. We aim to complete all payments within 5 days.
A happy provider is one that gets paid on time! Most of our providers are paid within 24 hours after you approve their invoice. If we don’t hear from you within 48hrs we will assume all is well. We will process the invoice and pay your provider.
